On August 28, 2025, E.C.P. Holdings (2014) Ltd. ("Holdings") was placed in interim receivership by Order of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.
On September 29, 2025, the Court granted an expanded scope Receivership Order approving a Sale and Investment Solicitation Process ("SISP") and appointing G. Chan & Associates Inc. as Receiver over Holdings and its subsidiary, Edmonton Custom Packers Ltd. ("Packers").
Status:
The SISP is currently ongoing with a deadline to submit offers to the Receiver on or before October 27, 2025.
