Edmonton Custom Packers Ltd.

On August 28, 2025, E.C.P. Holdings (2014) Ltd. ("ECP") was placed in interim receivership by Order of the Court of King's Bench of Alberta. On September 26, 2025, a Receivership Order was granted over ECP and its subsidiary, Edmonton Custom Packers Ltd.

Status:
The Court approved a sale and investment solicitation process ("SISP") for the marketing and sale of ECP's assets, which is currently ongoing.

Effect Therapy Lethbridge South Ltd.

On August 20, 2025, Effect Therapy Lethbridge South Ltd. ("ETLS") filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Status:
A stay of proceedings is in effect and the first meeting of creditors is scheduled to be held on September 10, 2025.

Forden Energy Inc.

On August 17, 2025, Forden Energy Inc. ("Forden") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to s. 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Status:
The Court granted an extension of time to October 31, 2025, for Forden to file a proposal.

Healy Precision Construction Ltd.

On July 31, 2025, Healy Precision Construction Ltd. ("Healy") filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal pursuant to s. 50.4 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

Status:
The Court of King's Bench of Alberta made an Order on August 15, 2025, extending the time to make a proposal and authorized a process for Healy to sell certain assets.
