Corporate Bankruptcy Administration

We act as Licensed Insolvency Trustee in corporate bankruptcies under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. We adjudicate creditor claims, realize on assets, and distribute proceeds in accordance with the statutory priorities.

Asset Realization and Liquidation Sales

Maximizing recovery requires a sale process tailored to the assets and the market. We design and execute sale processes ranging from public tenders and sealed-bid auctions to negotiated private sales, selecting the approach most likely to achieve the best result.

Private Lender Realization and Recovery

We act as independent Receiver for private and alternative lenders seeking to enforce their security and realize on collateral. Our experience includes real property, equipment, receivables, and going-concern business assets. We work with lenders and their counsel to execute efficient, Court-supervised as well as informal realization strategies.
